Return Goods Condition must ensure the return goods is not damaged or smudged and below condition :
* No damage or stains on the products.
* Product remains unused.
* All Product tags present.
* All original tags attached.
* Original package box.
 


Limited the Refund & Returns Goods for the following or similar conditions:
* You dislike the product.
* You buy the wrong product.
* Uncontrollable situation matters with the delivery process. such as customs, weather issue, transportation jam, etc.

* Due to hygiene concerns, some accessories products cannot be return.
* The return and refund cannot process if any free gift does not make returns. If the free gift is not returned, the retail amount of the gift will be deduct from the refund amount.
 

Money Refunds Process Details:
Our team takes about 3 business days for inspecting the condition of the return goods.  Once your return has been accept, we will process the reimbursement.  The refunded within 7 business days to the original payment method.  We will send you a confirmation email as well.
